LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Wer be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, consequential or punitive damages, whether based on a claim or action in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, arising out of your use of the Service.

INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wer from and against all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, losses, costs, expenses, damages and liabilities arising out of any breach by you of these Terms.

GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms shall be governed by the laws. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

We reserve the right to modify or change any provision of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes are made shall be deemed your acceptance of such changes.

ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with any other documents and policies incorporated by reference herein, constitute the entire agreement between Wer and you relating to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.

AMENDMENTS

We reserve the right at our discretion, from time-to-time, without notice, to make changes to these Terms, which may include: (i) modifications of any feature or service offered through Wer's website or mobile applications; and/or (ii) updates or enhancements made available through an online download.
